图书馆是教学、教育工作中的一个重要部门,在发展过程中应遵循信息化建设的基本原则,因"校"制宜、科学规划、准确定位、特色鲜明、逐步推进、互联互动,网络资源共享。要从地方性、办学特色及师生需求等因素出发,量力而行,使有限的人力、财力资源和硬件条件在建设网络信息资源中发挥的效能达到最大化。

In this paper,The Actuality of Tatong University＇ s Library was thoroughly analyzed and fully discussed, and the way to solve the problems that existed in the libraly was given simultaneously. In the end of this paper, several suggestions were made for the further development of the library.
