摘要 在总结原油粘度影响因素的基础上,根据现场油品试验得出温度、含水率和粘度关系公式,利用总结出的粘温关系式,计算了潜油电泵井系统的能耗,编制了电泵耗能程序,对影响潜油电泵系统和耗能的参数进行了校正。经过与油田现场的实测耗电量对比,认为该套计算方法可为潜油电泵耗能计算提供重要的依据,同时也为电泵系统能耗需考虑的因素和计算流程提供一定的参考。 This paper studies the influence factors of oil viscosity,generates a relational expression of temperature,water cut and viscosity based on experiments conducted with field oil samples,calculates the energy consumption of electric submersible pump well,formulates a program of electric pump energy consumption,and corrects the parameters which may affect electric pump system and energy consumption.By contrasting with measured power consumption on site,it is believed that this calculation method can provide important basis for energy consumption calculation,also provides certain reference for the factors to be considered about pump system energy consumption and calculation process.
