摘要
通过对标准麻花钻的几何造型研究,根据切削性能预报力学模型的要求,建立了有关的切削几何参数数学模型。为便于研究其变化规律,所给出的数学模型直接表达为半径的函数关系式。并成功地导出钻头的后角模型。
ased on the geometrical studies of the standard twist drills and in the request of the cutting performance prediction models, the mathematical models of the associated geometrical features corresponding to drilling operation are established. The developed models are directly expressed in terms of the drill radius aimed at studying the variations of the angular features along the lips. The mathematical model of the lip clearance angle is also presented.
