摘要
文章介绍了木质素的结构、特性以及在临床中的应用,证实了木质素复杂的多级结构及较多活性反应基团使其具有许多优异特性,其中偶联、增强和抗老化等作用若能应用于口腔材料,则有望提高口腔材料的强度并延长使用寿命。各项研究结果表明木质素可以应用于口腔材料,并能在多方面改善口腔材料的性能。因此,有必要了解木质素的特性机制以及其在口腔生物材料中的应用前景。
This paper introduces the structure, characteristics and clinical application of lignin, and has proved that lignin possesses multilevel structure and a great many of active groups, which enable it to perform many advantages. Its properties of coupling, strength-increasing and antioxidant can improve strength and longevity of dental material. Studies have indicated that lignin is feasible to be applied in dental material and can improve the performance of the materials in many ways. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehend the mechanisms of these characteristics and prospect its outlook application in dental biomaterials.
