不同透析膜材料清除血磷的效果及其生物相容性 被引量:5

Effect of different dialysis membrane materials on clearing phosphorus and its biocompatibility

摘要 通过比较不同种血液透析膜材料的生物相容性来探讨血液透析膜与宿主的反应,证实透析膜与血液接触后主要引起补体激活、细胞因子、C-反应蛋白、β2-微球蛋白等一系列变化。研究已发现,高磷血症是维持性透析患者常见且难以处理的并发症,通过对4种血液透析膜的血磷清除效果比较,得出,血仿膜对血磷的清除效果好。 Though comparing the biocompatibility of different kinds of hemodialysis membranes, the article investigates the reaction between the hemodialysis membrane and the host, and proves that the hemodialysis membrane can mainly induce a series of changes, such as complement activation, cytokine, c-reaction protein, β 2- microglobin. Studies have shown that hyperphosphatemia is a common complication difficult to be treated in maintenance hemodialysis patient. Comparing the effects of four kinds of hemodialysis membrane in clearing phosphorus, we can conclude that the hemophane membrane has the better effect in clearing phosphorus than cuprophane membrane, polysulfone membrane and cellulose diacetate membrane.
