摘要
随着分子生物学的发展,特别是生长因子及其受体的发现,骨折愈合机制的研究也进入分子水平。研究表明:骨折发生后短期内局部组织即已释放多种生长因子,至修复后期,骨与软骨细胞仍产生多种生长因子,这些生长因子相互作用,共同促进骨折愈合。关于骨折愈合中某些细胞外基质蛋白的表达,部分细胞的迁移、分化及增殖等已有一些研究报道。文章从分子水平归纳总结活性因子及细胞外基质蛋白在骨折愈合过程中的作用。
with the development of molecular biology, especially the discovery of growth factors and their receptors, the research on mechanism of bone fracture healing has been reached to the molecular levels. Studies have shown that many kinds of growth factors release from local tissues in short-time after fracture, and the bone and cartilage cells also produce many kinds of growth factors till the end of the recovery period. The inter action among these factors promotes the healing of fracture. At present, there are some reports on expression of proteins in extracellular matrix, and migration, differentiation, proliferation of cells about fracture healing. On the molecular levels, the present manuscript summarizes the effect of active factors and proteins in extracellular matrix on the bone fracture healing.
