摘要
提出一种基于计算机视觉的自动浇注系统。长期以来,由于没有有效的方法测量浇口杯内的铁水液位,浇注一般都是用人工控制。自动浇注系统是采用摄像机拍摄浇注过程,经过图像采集和处理,计算出浇口杯内铁水液位高度,通过实时控制铁水的浇注流量,使浇口杯内液位按工艺维持在一定高度,从而实现了自动浇注。实验证明此系统控制性能良好。
A computer vision based autopouring control system is proposed in this paper. Because there are no effective methods to measure molten iron level in the sprue cup, at present most of pouring systems work in manual mode. The autopouring control system uses camera to take pictures of pouring process. Through image data acquisition and processing the system obtain values of molten iron level in the sprue cup, so it could control pouring flow and the molten iron level in the sprue cup according to technological requirements. Autopouring is realized. Experiments prove that the properties of the autopouring control system is fine.
