小功率连接器温度采集系统的设计与实现

摘要 一种应用于家用电器中的小功率连接器在整机例行实验过程中烧坏失效。分析发现其运行过程中触点界面发生微动腐蚀,导致接触电阻升高,产生过多焦耳热是造成其失效的重要原因。为了监测微动过程中的温度变化,本论文设计了一套简单实用的连接器温度采集系统。采用凌阳SPCE061A作为主控板,Pt100温度传感器作为前端采集装置,所采集的温度信号通过UART模组传送至上位机进行温度显示。通过实时监控连接器微动过程温度值的变化,验证了微动腐蚀导致的接触电阻升高是造成连接器失效的直接原因。 A kind of low power connector used e.g. in household appliances was burned in routine experiment. It was analyzed that during its operating process, fretting corrosion was happened on the contact interfaces, which increased the contact resistance. The too much Joule heat generated on the contacts was the important failure reason. To monitor the real-time temperature, a temperature collection system, easy to operate and apply, is designed. The MCU SPCE061, produced by Sunplus Company, is adapted as main control board in this system. The temperature sensor Pt100 is used as the collecting probe. The collected signal of temperature is transmitted to PC through UART. The results show that the connector failure is indeed caused by the too much Joule heat.
