903Ⅱ粉系高分子有机物,经水分浸润后受热固化,其分子结构呈网状型,具有很高的干态粘结强度。在高温铁水作用下完全碳化,残留量几乎为零。适应于结构复杂的薄壁铸件。
Being a kind of macromolecule organic substarce, 903Ⅱ powder can be solidified when heated after moistened with water. With its neeted molecule structure, it owns excellent adhensive strength in dry state. With molten iron used in high temperature, it can be completely carborized with almost no remains left. It possesses the advantage in producing those castings with complicated structure and thin wall.
