保温冷却方式对制备陶瓷内衬煤粉喷枪的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用自蔓延铝热重力分离法制备了陶瓷内衬煤粉喷枪,并研究了不同保温冷却方式对制备过程的影响。试验表明,传导吸热对SHS反应速度的影响要比辐射散热更明显:冷砂保温冷却方式是制备有一定厚度的致密的陶瓷内衬喷枪的最佳工艺。 In this paper the alumina ceramic lined steel barrel of pulverized coal jet for blast furnace was manufactured by the SHS gravitationalthermit process, and the influence of cooling mode on the process was studied meanwhile. The results showed that heat absorbing by the media affects the reaction speed more effectivly than heat radiation. Cool sand is the best media to manufacture the composite barrel.
