调制叶绿素荧光动力学参数及其计量关系的意义和公理化讨论 被引量:43

摘要 叶绿素荧光动力学在农业科学中广泛应用,其动力学参量及其应用计量关系的公理化研究在方法学上尤为重要,然而国内这方面的研究工作相对滞后。为此,本文尝试从其本质、意义及其正确的使用条件等方面对调制叶绿素荧光仪的测量参量进行阐述,并对应用中的相关计量公式从公理化的角度进行了演释推导。 Because of the extensive application of chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics in agricultural sciences, it is particularly important to study on the axiomatization of it's kinetic parameters and metrical relationship in methodology. However, the corresponding research work is relatively backward in China. Therefore, an attempt was made to describe the essence, signification and the correct application conditions of measurement parameters of PAM chlorophyll fluoremeter in this paper, as well as the derivation of relative measurement formula from perspective of axiomatization.
