TLR4在鼠感染疾病模型的作用机理

摘要 TLRs是宿主识别各种病原体相关分子模式、并激活和调节天然免疫-适应性免疫反应的一类模式识别受体。在哺乳动物发现13种TLRs成员;已利用近交系小鼠对其作用机理进行了深入研究,本文简要综述TLR4在抗细菌、病毒、寄生虫感染中的作用机理。 Toll-like receptors (TLRs), one of the most important pattern-recognition recaptors (PRRs), trigger and regulate natural and adapted immunoreaction through the recognition of pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs). Up to now, TLRs have been found to have 13 members in mammalians and deeply investigated by infectious models of inbred mice. The review summarized the role of TLR4 in the mechanisms against infection, such as anti-bateria, virus, and parasite.
