摘要
介绍了具有良好人机交互界面的逆变式电火花加工脉冲电源参数的键盘设定及显示、等电流脉宽加工脉冲的产生、加工电流峰值设定的单片机控制方法 ,并针对单片机系统极端恶劣的工作环境 。
In this paper, the singlechip microcomputer system is introduced to set up such parameters as pulse duration, pulse interval and discharge peak current of inverter EDM pulse generator. This system is equipped with friendly interface to exchange information between workmen and machine. In addition, anti noise methods have been applied in this system to make sure that this system is able to work reliably in environment full of high frequency noise.
