摘要
目的:建立蓬莪术药材的指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasil ODS-1(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(梯度洗脱);流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:210 nm。结果:建立了蓬莪术HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地的莪术药材进行了相似度比较。结论:蓬莪术药材中各成分均得到了较好的分离,可作为蓬莪术药材专属性的指纹图谱。
Objective: To establish the fingerprint of Curcumae phaeocaulis by HPLC. Methods: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Chromatographic column: Kromasil ODS-1 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile and water (gradient elution), flow rate: 1.0 ml/min, column temperature: 25℃, detection wavelength: 210 nm. Results: We established the HPLC fingerprint common mode, and compared Curcumae phaeocaulis which were produced in different habitats. Conclusion: Each component of Rhizoma Curcumae is well isolated, and can be a specificity fingerprint of Curcumae phaeocaulis.
