甘松药材HPLC指纹图谱研究

目的:建立甘松药材HPLC指纹图谱,以便比较完整地反映甘松的内在化学信息,全面评价甘松药材质量,与其他药材进行鉴别。方法:应用HPLC法测定了10批甘松的指纹图谱,甲醇-水为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长288 nm,流速1.0 ml/min,柱温25℃,收集65 min。结果:建立了甘松HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对不同产地药材进行了相似度比较。结论:该方法稳定可靠,信息量大,为甘松药材鉴别和质量评价提供了依据。

Objective ： To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Nardostachys chinnesis for reflecting the internal chemical information, evaluating its internal quality and identifying them from different cultural areas. Methods： The HPLC fingerprints of 10 Nardostachys chinenesis samples were obtained. The HPLC separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 analytical column by gradient eluting with MeOH-H2O at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 25℃, the UV detection wavelength was 288 nm, and the collection time was 65 min. Results： The mutual mode of HPLC fingerprints was set up and similar degrees to the crude drugs from different cultural areas were compared. Conclusion： The method is stable, reliable, and with full information which can be used as a quality control item for Nardostachys chinenesis.
