糖脉康颗粒治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病50例疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of Tangmai Kang Granules on Treatment of 50 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes with Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin

目的:观察糖脉康颗粒治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:50例诊断为气阴两虚型2型糖尿病人服用糖脉康颗粒(由黄芪、生地、赤芍、丹参、牛膝、麦冬、黄精等药组成),3月为1疗程,观察治疗前后患者血糖、血脂和血液流变学的变化。结果:治疗前后患者血糖、血脂和血液流变学的水平差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:糖脉康颗粒治疗气阴两虚型2型糖尿病,有明显的降糖,调节血脂和降低血黏度的作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Tangmaikang granules on treatment of type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both Qi and Yin. Methods：50 cases of type 2 diairetes patients were given Tangmaikang granules, for 3 months as a course. Blood Glucose, Blood Lipid and Hemorheotogy of change were observed before and after treatment. Results：The difference of Blood Glucose,Blood Lipid and Hemorheology of change was significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）before and after treatment.Conclusions： Tangmaikang granules could reduce Blood Glucose, regular Blood Lipid and reduce Blood Viscosity.
