卵磷脂络合碘治疗糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体出血的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine Treatment on Vitreous Hemorrhage in Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:观察口服卵磷脂络合碘治疗糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体出血的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:经眼底和A超检查证实为糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体出血的糖尿病视网膜病患者29例39只眼。给予口服卵磷脂络合碘治疗4月,在治疗前、后分别进行眼科检查。结果:68.1%的患眼玻璃体内出血减少或完全消退,83.8%的患眼视力提高。无1例因副作用而放弃治疗和观察。结论:卵磷脂络合碘能有效促进糖尿病视网膜病变性玻璃体出血的吸收,其机制可能与增强视网膜呼吸作用,改善视网膜新陈代谢有关。

Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Lineoriee-leeithin Bound Iodine treatment on vitreous hemorrhage in diabetic retinopathy. Methods： 21 patients （39 eyes） with documented vitreous hemorrhage in diabetic retinopathy were prospectively treated for 4- month periods with Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine. The reduction of vitreous hemorrhage and improvement of visual function was recorded pre- and post- administration of Jolecithin, Results： 68.1% of the eyes showed a response to Lineoriee-leeithin Bound Iodine with partial or complete resolution of vitreous hemorrhage, 83.8% of the eyes had improved in visual acuity in the treated patients after Lincorice-lecithin Bound Iodine were administered. No case was eliminated from the research study due to side effects. Condusions：Lincoriee-lecithin Bound Iodine could be of value in reducing the degree of vitreous hemorrhage. The improvement might be associated with regulating the retinal metabolism.
