中药足浴治疗糖尿病足疗效观察及护理

The Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediluwium Treats the Diabetes Full Curative Effect to Observe and to Nurse

目的:探讨中药足浴对糖尿病足(DF)的临床疗效和护理措施。方法:将入选的DF患者72例随机分为治疗组44例,对照组28例,两组均予以常规内科综合治疗和全身及局部护理。观察组在此基础上采用中药足浴;对照组则采用温水足浴。观察两组综合临床疗效、局部溃疡愈合情况及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应发生。结论:常规护理结合中药足浴治疗DF安全、有效。

Objective： Discussion convention nursing union traditional Chinese medicine pediluwium to the diabetes full clinical curative effect. Methods： Will be selected the diabetes full patient 72 examples divide into the treatment group 44 examples stochastically, the control group 28 examples, two groups give the conventional internal medicine department complex therapy, strengthens the whole body and partial nursing. The observation group based on this uses the traditional Chinese medicine pediluwium. The control group uses the lukewarm water pcdiluwium. Observes two groups to synthesize the clinical curative effect, the partial ulcer cicatrization situation and the untoward effect has the situation. Results： Treatment group curative effect is higher than the control group obviously （P〈0.05）, and has not seen the obvious untoward effect occurrence. Conclusions：Convention nursing union traditional Chinese medicine pediluwium treats the diabetes full securitv, effective.
