Observing the Effect and Care of Amlodipine Besylate in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的:临床观察苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法:63例患者服用苯磺酸氨氯地平4周观察其疗效及不良反应。结果:苯磺酸氨氯地平能有效降低血压,有效率93.9%。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平是理想的降压药,同时对病人予合理护理措施,可确保疗效。

Objective： To clinically observe the effect of amlodipine besylate in the treatment of primary hypertension.Method：To observe its effect and its side effect after 63 patients had taken amlodipine besylate for 4 weeks. Result：That amlodipine besylate Could effectively lower blood pressure, up to 93.9%.Conclusion： Amlodipine besylate was the ideal medicine of lowering blood pressure.At the same time the patients should be given reasonable care so that it could ensure the effect.
