摘要
本文选取美国、英国、日本和韩国四个发达国家,主要从政策法规、基础设施建设、信息资源建设、教师信息化培训等方面,对其基础教育信息化发展策略进行了比较研究,并据此对我国推进基础教育信息化提出了建议。
A comparative stndy is made on four developed countries, the US, the UK, Japan, and South Korea, about their informatization strategies in basic education, involving the fields of policy and regulations, infrastructure construction, establishment of information resources, and information - based teacher training. References are drawn to help promote China' s endeavors in the same field.
