The establishment of a socialist core value system is based on the innovation of our Party＇s theory construction, which fully demonstrates essence of social ideology, stresses the dominant position of the socialist core value system in the cul- tural construction. It also emphasizes the application of theory to practice and the unification of cognition and action in the con- struction of socialist core value system, and insists on the leading of the socialist core value system. Finally, the innovation can enrich and perfect the system so that it can keep pace with the times.
