摘要 确定水相高氯离子浓度、酸度、适当控制Fe/Li的条件下,进而研究主要工艺条件———萃取相比、洗涤相比及反萃取相比,考察相比对锂、铁及其它杂质的萃取率、洗脱率、反萃取率、分配比和分离系数的影响,优化选择萃取、洗涤和反萃取等过程的相比。 With confirmed concentration of perchloric, acidity of aqueous phase and properly controlled Fe/Li ratio in aqueous phase, the main technological conditions were investigated, including the phase ratioes of extraction, washing and re extraction. The effects of phase ratio on the extraction percentage, washing percentage, re extraction percentage, distribution ratio and separation coefficient of Li, Fe and other impurities were also studied. The optimum phase ratio in the process of extraction, washing and re extraction was obtained.
