摘要
对3000A钕电解槽的阳极结构做了改进,用多根石墨棒组成的阳极代替筒状阳极进行了降低钕中碳含量的研究。结果表明:采用多阳极后提高了电解槽温度的稳定性,明显降低了电解金属钕中的碳含量,达到了制备钕铁硼永磁材料的要求,钕中碳含量稳定在004%~005%;电流效率和氧化钕的利用率也相应提高,平均电解电流由原来的1729A增加到2053A,提高了电解槽的生产能力。
A graphite tube anode in the 3000 A electrolytic cell was replaced by the multiple graphite rod anode to study the decrease in the carbon content in electrolytic neodymium metal. The results showed that temperature of the electrolytic cell was more stable after using multiple rod anode. The carbon content of metallic neodymium decreased obviously and ranged within 0.04%~0 05%. The current efficiency and the utilization ratio of neodymium increased slightly. The average electrolytic current rose from 1729 A to 2053 A, so that the productivity of the electrolytic cell was increased.
