摘要
以往研究表明大剂量γ线照射导致早期血小板聚集反应增高。本文报道8Gyγ线全身照射后大鼠血管壁抑制血小板聚集的PGI_2样活性的改变。结果表明,照后1天的活性降低,3天时恢复,5-7天降低。大鼠照射后早期血小板聚集率的增高与血管壁PGI_2样活性的抑制呈相关性改变。
In the previous work. it has been shown that the reaction of bloodplatelet aggregation is risen during the early days following γ ray irradiation of largedoses. In this paper, it is reported that changes of Rat PGI_2-like activity with inhi-biting platelet aggregation after γ ray irradiation of 8 Gy. The results indicated thatthe activity was reduced at the first day after radiation, then recovered at the thirdday, lowered again at the 5-7 days. The changs have significant concern between theincrease of blood platelet aggregation of Rats and the inhibition of PGI_2-like activityof blood vessel wall following r ray irradiation.
