摘要
以玉米种子为试材、研究了pH 1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5、4.0、5.0的模拟酸雨对种子萌发的影响。研究结果表明:在pH2.0时不发芽;pH 2.5~5.0的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、吸水值、贮藏物质的消耗率及运转率、根、冠比均随pH值的上升而增大;异状发芽率、芽长和根长的抑制指数则随pH值的增大而降低。
The corn seed is taken as the material to study the effect of simulated acid rain of pH 1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,3.5,4.0,5.0.Results: No seed germinates in pH2.0;when pH 2.5~5.0,corn seed's’ germination percentage,the germination tendency,germination index,the vitality index,the absorbing water value,the consumption rate and transportation rate of store material,the root and the cap ratio increase along with the rise of pH;the unusual form germination percentage,the inhibition index of the bud and root length increases along with reducing of pH.
