摘要
详细研究了半胱氨酸与钴(Ⅱ)在NH4CLNH4OH介质中的相互作用,建立了快速测定半胱氨酸的分光光度法,方法检出限28×10-6mol·L-1,线性范围0~20×10-4mol·L-1,摩尔吸光系数798×103L·mol-1·cm-1。用于尿液中半胱氨酸的测定,结果满意。
Based on the reaction of cysteine and cobalt (Ⅱ) in NH 4Cl NH 4OH solution, a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of cysteine was developed. The molar absorptivity is 7.98×10 3 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 284 nm and the results met the Beer′s law in the range of 0~2.0×10 -4 mol·L -1 . The method was applied successfully in cysteine assay in urine.
