摘要 ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3PUFA)主要来源于鱼油,是细胞结构和功能重要组成成分,对细胞免疫应答调节和抑制发挥重要作用。ω-3PUFA可通过影响细胞膜脂质组成、调控脂类代谢水平及细胞内基因编码等多种途径,阻滞结肠癌细胞生长周期、抑制细胞增殖、促进细胞分化和诱导癌细胞凋亡,显著抑制结肠癌生长和转移,还可改善肿瘤恶病质患者体质,提高其存活率。 Omega-3 polyunstaurated fatty acids (ω-3PUFA) , mainly derived from fish oils, are essential for the integrity and function of the cells and play a key role as immune response modulators and suppressors of immunologic functions, ω-3PUFA can effectively inhibit the growth and metastasis of colon cancer by inhibiting cell proliferation, promoting cell differentiation, and inducing tumor cell apoptosis by profoundly altering the biochemical make-up of cell membrane lipid composition, regulating the level of lipid metabolism, and modulating the expression of intracelluar genes encoding, ω-3PUFA may also improve the patient's immunologic functions and increase the survival rate.
