陶瓷材料表面浅裂纹的应力强度因子计算

摘要 用有限元方法计算了陶瓷材料表面半椭圆裂纹的应力强度因子。计算的几何范围为:006<a/t<06,02<a/c<1。本计算结果与Newman的结果(ASTME74080)相比,偏差为3%~6%,证明了Newman的计算结果可以用于脆性材料表面半椭圆浅裂纹应力强度因子的计算。 The stress intensity factor K I of semi elliptical surface crack for the brittle ceramic materials were calculated by means of finite element method. The range of the calculation is 0.06< a/t <0.2 and 0.6< a/c <1. The results show that the diviation of K I is 3%~6% compared with extrapolation results of Newman′s work. It was proved that the extrapolation results of Newman′s work can be also used for the fracture test of surface crack in brittle materials.
