摘要 人力资源管理是实践性较强的课程,为了培养高职实用型人才,满足用人单位的人才需求。从提高校内授课教师的实践技能、充分利用企业人力资源管理专家、发挥课堂教学的实践机会和将企业实践融入到教学中等四个方面,阐述了如何提高人力资源管理课程实践教学效果的经验。 Humnan resources management course is a very practical course, which aims to train the higher vocational atlents and meet the needs of the company. In this article, the authoi: explained her discussion from four aspects: improving the teaching skills of the teachers, taking advantages of the human resources management experts, providing the working opportunities and combining the teaching with practice. And the author, with her own teaching experience, made a conclusion on improving thc practical teaching effect in human resources management course.
