摘要
通过对不同加工状态下Cr12MoV钢三角凸轮样品显微组织的观察分析,提出较合理的加工工艺和方法。随后采用化学镀NiP对三角凸轮进行表面改性的研究,通过系统的硬度试验和耐磨性对比试验表明:NiP化学镀表面改性后,其表面维氏硬度提高400HV以上,2h的耐磨性试验后其表面磨损宽度下降13%以上。可有效提高三角凸轮的使用寿命。还结合耐磨性试验后表面磨损形貌分析,对磨损机理进行了初步探讨。
In this paper,microstructures of triangle cam made of steel Cr12MoV under various conditions were studied.The optimum processing method was introduced.Then the Ni P chemical deposition was used to modify the surface property of triangle cam.The testing results of microhardness and wear resistance showed that the surface microhardness of the triangle cam was 400HV higher than that of substrate.The wearing track width of 2h wear testing decreased 13 percentage.Therefore,Ni P chemical deposition is a good method to enhance the surface property and the service life of triangle cam.Based on analyzing the wear surface layers,the wear mechanism was also discussed.
