摘要
应用金相分析、X射线衍射和能谱分析及力学性能测试方法分析研究了12Cr1MoV钢热轧态组织在高温运行中的组织和性能的变化及其对构件蠕变裂纹形成的影响。试验结果表明,热轧态组织的不均匀性和珠光体的带状分布促进了珠光体的球化和碳化物的析出,导致形成蠕变空洞和沿晶裂纹,严重降低该钢的使用寿命。
The variation of microstructure and mechanical properties of hot rolling 12Cr1MoV Steel in high temperature running was studied by means of metallographic examination,X ray diffraction,EXP analysis and mechanical property test.The results show that the nonuniform hot rolling microstructure and strip pearlite enhance pearlite spheroidization and carbide precipitation on the grain boudary,form creep hole and intergrainular crack,so the service life of tools made of 12Cr1MoV steel seriously decreased.
