摘要
目的:探讨特异性免疫治疗对特应性皮炎T细胞亚群及NK细胞的影响。方法:采用流式细胞仪检测45例特异性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)患者和30例健康献血员外周血CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞的构成比,计算CD4/CD8比值;并比较27例AD患者经特异性免疫(specific immunotherapy,SIT)治疗后T细胞亚群、NK细胞的变化。结果:AD患者CD4^+、NK细胞构成比、CD4^+/CD8^+比值均低于正常对照组(P〈0.05),而CD3^+、CD8^+、B细胞与正常组相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。AD患者经SIT治疗6~18个月后,CD4^+、NK细胞构成比、CD4^+/CD8^+比值均高于治疗前患者,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:AD患者存在细胞免疫功能低下,SIT治疗可显著提高AD患者细胞免疫功能,对AD患者不失为较为有效的对因治疗方法。
Objective: To study the influence of specific immunotherapy on the T subpopulation and natural killer cell in atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods: CD^3+ , CD^4+ , CDs T cell, B cell and NK cell of the peripheral blood in 45 patients with atopic dermatitis and 30 sex and age matched controls were assayed by flow cytometry, CD4/CD8 was calculated, T subpopulation and natural killer cell of 27 patients with AD were assessed after specific immunotherapy. Results:The percentage of CD4^+ , NK cell and CD4^+/CD8^+ were significantly lower in the patients with AD than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). For CD3^+, CD8^+ T cell and B cell, there were no obvious distinguish between AD and the control group (P 〉 0. 05 ). The percentage of CD4^+ , NK cell and CD4^+ / CD8^+ increased significantly after 6 to 18 months specific immunotherapy. Conclusion:The cellular immune function is reduced in the AD patients. The specific immunotherapy can improve cellular immune function effectively.
