摘要
研制了以微量V、Ti取代Mo、Cu等贵金属材料的高铬白口铸铁磨球,用稀土进行变质处理可以进一步提高磨球的韧性和耐磨性,在金矿石中磨耗小于0.7kg/t,破碎率小于0.3%,无剥皮、变形等缺陷,磨损均匀。以铸后堆冷加回火代替传统的淬火加回火的热处理工艺,使生产成本大幅度下降。
A new kind of grinding balls of high chromium white cast iron is researched.The experimental results show that trace V and Ti can be used to substitute for expensive Mo and Cu and the toughness and abradability of grinding balls can be increased significantly by modification with RE.The abrasiveness of grinding balls in gold ore is less than 0.7kg/t and the breaking ratio is less than 0.3%,no skinning,no deformation and uniform wearing.The cost of production is decreased substantially because the traditional technologies of quenching and tempering are replaced by tempering after cooling in pile
