高屈曲型膝关节假体置换术后近期疗效分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用高屈曲型膝关节假体置换术治疗膝骨性关节炎的近期临床效果。方法对17例(25膝)患者用LPS-FLEX高屈曲型膝关节假体行全膝关节置换术,采用骨水泥固定假体,均保留髌骨。结果随访(12±3.8)月(3~18月),获得满意屈曲度,术前膝关节屈曲度为(98.20±14.49)°,术后12周为(130.80±4.16)°,较术前提高(32.60±11.38)°(P<0.05);术前KSS评分膝评分为(31.96±15.43)分,功能评分为(39.40±14.95)分,术后12周分别为(90.40±4.16)、(94.20±3.73)分,较术前分别提高(58.44±13.42)、(54.80±13.96)分(P<0.05),未发生迟发感染。随访X线片示膝关节假体位置及力线良好,股骨、胫骨以及髌骨假体周围无X线透亮线,假体无松动迹象。结论LPS-FLEX高屈曲型假体进行膝关节置换可以取得良好的临床疗效,并能获得最大屈曲角度。 Objective To investigate the early clinical results of total knee arthroplasty with high flex prosthesis adopted for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Twenty-five knees of 17 patients were followed up, who had been implanted with the LPS-FLEX prosthesis from Aug 2006 to March 2008. In all of the cases, primary total knee arthroplasty was conducted. Results All the patients were followed up from 3 to 18 months with the average of 12 months. The ROM of the knee was (130.80±4.16)° with increased degrees of (32.60± 11.38)°(P〈0.05). KSS knee scores were (90. 40±4. 16) with improved scores of (58.44± 13.4) compared with those before operation, while function scores were (94.20±3.73) with improved scores of (54.80±13.96)(P〈0.05). All the X-ray films of the knees implanted were analyzed. No real-alignment or lucent line with the prosthesis was seen in all these X-ray films. Conclusion The short-term follow-up indicates that the patients implanted with the high flex prosthesis have an excellent result and can make significant improvement in postoperative range of motion.
