复方中药制剂对大鼠糖尿病性早期内耳损伤的治疗作用研究

摘要 目的观察复方中药制剂对糖尿病性早期内耳损伤的治疗效应。方法复制糖尿病动物模型,随机分为模型组及中药治疗组,并设立正常对照组(均n=10)。模型组及正常组动物以生理盐水灌胃;中药治疗组每日以复方中药制剂(主要药物为黄芪、党参等)灌胃,连续14天。实验开始前及实验结束后分别检测各组动物血糖水平及畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAEs)并进行比较分析。结果给药前模型组和治疗组大鼠血糖水平均明显升高,组间差异不明显(P>0.05),同时伴有DPOAE反应幅值下降,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗程结束时,中药治疗组大鼠血糖水平明显下降,DPOAEs反应幅值明显升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以黄芪、党参为主药的中药复方制剂可以改善糖尿病模型大鼠的早期听力损害。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of compound Chinese herbal preparation (CCHP) on the early inner ear damage induced by diabetes among rats based on an experimental study. Methods Twenty Wistar rats were taken to prepare the model of experimental diabetes at first, and then, they were randomly divided into two groups following the model set up successfully, i.e. modeling group (MG) and experimental group (EG) treated by normal saline and CCHP for 14 days respectively. Meanwhile, another 20 rats were taken as healthy controlling group (HCG) treated also by normal saline in the same way. Before and after the experiment, all rats in each group were detected with their blood sugar level and distortion-production otoacoustic emissions (DPOAEs), followed by a comparative analysis on these data among different groups. Results Before the treatment with CCHP, there were significantly increased blood sugar levels detected among all rats in either group, with no statistical significance between these two groups (P〉0.05). In contrast, DPOAEs was seen with the amplitude significantly decreased as compared with that HCG (P〈0.05). By the end of treating course, blood sugar level was significantly decreased among the animals of EG, companied with significantly elevated amplitude of DPOAEs, when compared with that ofMG (P〈0.05). Conclusions It can be concluded from this study that CCHP, mainly composed of Astragalus root and Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae, is very effective for the treatment of early hearing damage among the rats with experimental diabetes. Therefore, CCHP can be used to imorove the diabetic lesion in inner ear.
