腕和足韧带解剖学比较研究

摘要 目的:进行腕部和足部韧带解剖学的比较研究,为临床手术提供参考。方法:成人腕关节标本34侧,足标本24侧。解剖并观察腕部和足部韧带的起止、走行、毗邻。测量韧带长度、宽度和厚度。结合临床比较两部位韧带在形态和功能上的异同。结果:腕和足韧带可以分为三个系统:背侧韧带、掌侧(足底)韧带和骨间韧带。掌侧(足底)韧带强于背侧韧带,足部韧带强于腕韧带,且都出现了"V"字形韧带排列结构,起分解应力作用。结论:腕和足韧带的形态与功能互为作用,联系紧密。腕足修复重建手术应当以理解这些解剖学特点为前提。 Objective:To compare the anatomy of carpal and pedal ligaments for clinical reference. Methods: 34 adult wrists and 24 feet were used in this study and dissected. The origination, insertion, course and neighboring relations of these carpal and pedal ligaments were observed, their length, width, and thickness were measured, their shape and function were compared. Results: Both carpal and pedal ligaments could be classified into dorsal, palmar (tarsal) and interosseous systems. The palmar (tarsal) ligaments were stronger than the dorsal ; the pedal ligaments were stronger than the carpal ; the "V" shape arrangement of ligaments, which he helpful to stress assimilation, existed in both wrist and foot. Conclusions: The form and function of carpal ligaments and pedal ligaments are tightly correlated with each other. The repair and reconstruction procedures should be based on the understanding of their anatomical characteristics.
