基于PLC的医疗垃圾焚烧处理控制系统研究与实现

Research and Implementation of PLC Based Control System of Incineration of Medical Waste

本文针对新疆某医疗废物焚烧处理场，设计了基于西门子S7-300系列PLC的自动控制系统，同时重点介绍了57-300 PLC与MM440变频器的组合应用。实践证明该系统结构简练，运行可靠，便于在其它类似场合进行推广和应用。

This paper presents the design of the automatic control system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC for the incineration treatment plants of medical waste in Xinjiang with the emphasis on the introduction of application of S7-300 PLC combined with MM440 frequency converter. The practice proves that the system is simple in strueture and reliable in operation, whose application can be extended to other similar occasions.
