Fe-C-Si-Mn合金中贝氏体表面浮突的精细结构

摘要 用扫描隧道显微镜对Fe-C-Si-Mn合金中的下贝氏体浮突进行了观察研究发现用透射显微镜观察到的最小结构单元——亚单元是由更小的超亚单元组成的超亚单元的浮突为“帐篷”型,而非不变平面应变型,表明它不是切变形成;超亚单元的浮突高度为60-140nm,最大形状变型量约为0.23.贝氏体的多层次结构以及合金无素C和Si对它的影响可用激发形核-台阶生长机制来解释. Surface relief caused by the formation of lower bainite in an Fe-C-Si-Mn alloy has been investigated by STM. It was discovered that the subunit which is the lowest structural unit observed by TEM is actually made up of sub-subunits. The surface relief due to the formation of sub-subunit is tent-shaped, and of a non-IPS type, which indicates that the sub-subunit cannot be formed by shear. The height of relief is 60-140nm, and the maximum shape deformation is ca. 0.23. The multi-layer structure of bainite and the effect of carbon and silicon on the fine structure of bainite can be interpreted by sympathetic nucleation-ledgewise growth mechanism.
