TGF-β1/Smads signaling way and hepatic fibrosis

摘要 肝纤维化是肝脏对各种刺激的创伤性愈合,主要表现为细胞外基质的过量沉积。肝星形细胞(HSC)被认为是引起肝纤维化的主要细胞,它的活化受到多种细胞因子的调节。TGF-β1在启动和促进HSC向肌成纤维细胞转化的过程中有着重要作用,是目前已知最重要的致肝纤维化细胞因子之一。此文就TGF-β1/Smads信号通路在肝纤维化发病机制及其治疗方面的作用进行综述。 Hepatic fibrosis is traumatic healing in response to various kinds of stimulants. It displays the excess deposition of extracelluar matrix. Hepatic stellate cells are considered to be the main ceils in the hepatic fibrosis, their activations are adjusted by many cell factors. TGF-β1 plays an important role in the process of promoting hepatic stellate cells to transform to myofibroblast. The effects of TGF-β1/Smads signaling way in the induction and treatment of hepatic fibrosis are discussed in this review.
