HRCT在补充PET/CT对肺内结节诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过总结HRCT在PET/CT对肺内结节数量及病灶内部、周围情况检出率的补充,以探讨HRCT在补充PET/CT诊断中的应用价值。方法:自2007年7月~2008年7月行全身PET/CT检查的受检者中,92例(男性50例,女性42例)发现肺内结节并且高度可疑为恶性肿瘤,常规进行同机HRCT扫描,比较、分析HRCT及PET/CT肺内结节内部及周围征像。结果:全身PET/CT检查发现肺内结节92个,而HRCT发现肺内结节102个;HRCT对肺内结节的内部及病灶周围情况的检出率优于PET/CT,在6例PET阴性结节中有3例经HRCT扫描诊断为恶性并经病理证实。结论:HRCT可以补充PET/CT对肺内结节的诊断,减少漏诊及误诊,实现双方的优势互补。 Objective:To summarize the addition of the numbers and the edge and internal eharatefisties of lung nodules by HRCT and CT images in PET/CT, to approach the value of HRCT in the shortage of PET/CT. Methods:92 patients (50 males and 42 females) of all the patients underwent whole-body PET/CT from July 2007 to July 2008 were found lung nodules, and HRCT was performed on the same gantry to study the addition values of HRCT in PET/CT. The edge and internal eharateristies of lung nodules were compared and analyzed. Results:92 lung nodules were found by whole-body PET/CT and 102 lung nodules were found by HRCT. HRCT can find more the edge and internal charateristics than PET/CT. Six patients whose PET were negative were found to be malignant by HRCT and they were confirmed by pathology. Conclusion: HRCT and PET/CT may ascendant the complementation and can obviously decrease the incidence of error and missing diagnosis.
