摘要 磁敏感加权成像是利用组织间磁敏感差异产生图像对比,结合相位图像及对比剂应用的一种成像技术,其在肿瘤的内部结构、静脉血管构成、出血、钙化等方面的显示都优于其它序列,本文概述了SWI在颅脑肿瘤诊断及肿瘤分级中的应用进展。 The susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI) tectmique is a novel method that maximizes the sensitivity to different susceptibility between tissues by combining contrast agent and phage image. It shows better information than other sequence in the display of tumor architecture, blood products, venous vaseulature, and calcification. SWI is a useful complemental means in the diagnosis and grading of intracranial tumours.
