摘要
研究了6111铝合金板材生产加工过程中显微组织的演变。结果表明:其铸态组织为α-Al基体及沿枝晶间分布的化合物,另外还有一些内部结构较为细小的球形组织组成物。均匀化处理后,枝晶间的化合物发生一定程度的溶解而球形组织组成物消失。热轧后,化合物呈颗粒状分布于α-Al基体上,而冷轧对化合物颗粒无明显影响;在随后的固溶处理时基体发生再结晶。
The microstructure evolution of 6111 aluminum alloy sheet during manufacturing process was studied. The results show that as-cast microstructure consists of α-Al matrix, some intermetallic compounds distributing between dendrites of α-Al and the addition of spherical structure components with finer internal structure. The intermetallie compounds are dissolved partially and the spherical structure components disappear almost completely after homogenization. The intermetallic compounds break up into particles after hot roiling. The cold rolling has not obvious effect on the component particles. During the following solution treatment the deformation α-Al matrix is recrystallized.
