退火工艺对FeSiB非晶薄带的模量和膨胀系数的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用单辊法制备了宽4.5mm、厚25μm的Fe78Si9B13非晶薄带,并用Q800动态热机械分析仪(DMA)测试了非晶薄带的弹性模量、线形变和线膨胀系数,并分析了它们随着退火工艺及测试温度的变化关系。结果表明,退火可以提高非晶薄带的弹性模量、线形变和线膨胀系数;退火态与淬火态非晶薄带的弹性模量、线形变和线膨胀系数随测试温度的变化规律相同,即弹性模量都随测试温度的升高而减小;线形变都随测试温度的升高而增大;线膨胀系数在低温时都随测试温度的升高而增大,在高温时都随着测试温度的升高而减小。 The Fe78Si9B13 amorphous alloy ribbons with the thickness of 25 μm and the width of 4.5 mm were manufactured by single-roller method. The elastic modulus, line deformation and line expansion coefficient were tested by Q800 DMA, and the effects of annealing process and testing temperature on them were analysed. The results show that the elastic modulus, line deformation and line expansion coefficient increase after annealing; the elastic modulus, line deformation and line expansion coefficient of annealed amorphous alloy ribbons is the same as quenched amorphous alloy ribbons, the elastic modulus decreases and the line deformation strengthens with the increase of testing temperature, the line expansion coefficient enhances with the increase of testing temperature at low-temperature, but decreases at high-temperature.
