摘要
采用化学沉淀制备纳米羟基磷灰石(HA)粉体,用单向压缩方法将纳米HA粉体压制成型,用不同的烧结工艺制备致密HA。探讨了烧结温度、烧结时间、预制压力对致密HA压缩强度和弯曲强度的影响,同时研究了烧结过程中烧结温度影响HA晶粒长大的规律。结果表明纯HA理想的烧结温度在1100~1300℃之间;最佳的预制压力为200MPa;提高烧结温度和延长烧结时间有利于提高纯HA的压缩强度和弯曲强度;HA晶粒初始长大温度为900℃,温度小于1100℃时HA的晶粒长大速度较慢。
Nano-hydroxyapatite (HA) powder was prepared by chemical precipitation method. The effect of the sintering parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of hydroxyapatite were studied. The experimental results show that the ideal sintering temperature is in a range of 1100--1300℃. The compressive strength and bending strength of the sintered HA are improved with increasing the sintering time and temperature. The HA grain size starts to grow significantly at 900℃ and the growth speed is accelerated when temperature is over 1100℃.
