超声法提取红花中红花黄色素的工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究超声法提取红花药材中红花黄色素的最佳工艺。方法以单因素实验分析了提取溶剂浓度、提取时间及料液比3个因素对红花黄色素提取率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,通过正交实验考察超声法提取的最佳工艺。结果影响超声法提取红花黄色素的因素中只有乙醇浓度对红花黄色素提取率的影响有显著性。最佳提取工艺为以50%乙醇溶液为提取溶剂,料液比1∶10,超声提取60 min。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何污染,是提取红花中红花黄色素的有效途径。 Objective To study ultrasonic wave aided extraction of safflor yellow (SY) from the flower of Carthamus tinctorius L.. Methods Three main factors including Concentration of solvent, time and ratio of solid to liquid were investigated by using single factor experiment. The optimal process conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment. Results The order of the factor which affect extraction was ethanol concentration 〉 ratio of solid to liquid 〉 extraction time. Only ethanol concentration was significant. Suitable extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 50%, ratio of solid to liquid 1:10,extractionduration 60 minutes. Conclusion Ultrasonic wave aided extraction of safflor yellow from the flower of Carthamus tinctorius L. is a purely physical process and has not any pollution. It is an ideal method to extract the safflor yellow from the Carthamus tinctorius L.
