整合素β_3和转化生长因子β_1在子宫内膜异位症在位与异位内膜组织中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨整合素β3(integrinβ3)和转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factorβ1,TGFβ1)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EM)中的表达,并探讨其与EM发病的关系及两者的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学染色(SP法)分别检测Integrinβ3、TGFβ1在EM的在位内膜、异位内膜以及在正常子宫内膜中的表达。结果整合素β3和TGFβ1两因子在EM患者的异位内膜与对照组同期正常子宫内膜的表达均有显著性差异(P<0.05),在EM患者的在位内膜与异位内膜的表达均有显著性差异(P<0.05),两因子在各组分布呈相反趋势但没有统计学意义。结论EM患者从子宫内膜到异位病灶,整合素β3表达有下降趋势而TGFβ1表达有上升趋势,两者均有明显的变化,这可能与EM发生、发展和不孕有关。 Objective To investigate the expressions of integrin β3 and transforming growth factor 61 ( TGFβ1 ) in endometrium and endometriotic tissues. Methods The expressions of integrinβ3 and TGFβ1 were determined by immunohistochemistry method in 10 endometrium tissues and 10 endometriotic tissues from patients with endometriosis and 10 endometrium from non-endometriosis subjects during the same menstrual phase. Results The expression of integrin β3 in endometriotic tissues was significantly lower than that in non-endometriosis (P 〈 0.05 ) ,the expressions of TGFβ1 in endometriotic tissues was significantly higher than that in non-endometriosis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In patients with endometriosis, integrin β3 and TGFβ1 expressions change significantly from eutopic endometrium to ectopic endometrium, and may be related to the development of endometriosis and infertility.
