摘要
目的探讨Pokemon和mdm2蛋白与乳腺癌发生、发展的关系及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测54例乳腺癌及18例正常乳腺组织中Pokemon和mdm2蛋白的表达水平,分析其与乳腺癌临床病理学特征的关系,以及Pokemon与mdm2蛋白的相关性。结果在乳腺癌和正常乳腺组织中,Pokemon蛋白的阳性表达率分别为74.1%(40/54)、16.7%(3/18);mdm2蛋白的阳性表达率分别为81.5%(44/54)、22.2%(4/18)。两组中Pokemon与mdm2蛋白的阳性表达率均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pokemon和mdm2蛋白的表达与乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、生存期无关(P>0.05)。Pokemon蛋白表达与mdm2蛋白表达呈正相关(rs=0.588,P<0.05)。结论Pokemon与mdm2蛋白可能共同参与了乳腺癌的发生、发展和转移。Pokemon有望成为乳腺癌治疗的一个有效的靶基因,从而为乳腺癌基因治疗开辟新的途径。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of POK erythroid myeloid ontogenic factor (Pokemon) and mdm2 expressions in breast cancer. Methods The Pokemon and mdm2 proteins in 54 breast tumor tissues and 18 normal breast tissues were detected by lmmunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expressions of Pokemon and mdm2 and clinic-pathological features of breast cancer were analyzed. Results In the tissues of breast cancer and normal breast, the positive expression rate of Pokemon protein was 74. 1% (40/54) and 16.7% (3/18), respectively; the corresponding data of mdm2 was 81.5 % (44/54) and 22.2% (4/18), respectively. To Pokemon and mdm2 expressions, there was a statistically significant difference between the group of breast cancer and normal case ( P 〈 0.05 ). In breast cancer tissue, the positive expression rates of Pokemon and mdm2 protein were correlated with metastasis of axillary lymph nodes (P 〈 0.05 ), but were not related with the age, the size of tumor, stage of TNM and life span ( P 〉 0.05 ). There was a positive correlation between the expressions of the Pokemon and mdm2 ( rs = 0.588 , P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The Pokemon and mdm2 proteins may involve in genesis, development and metastasis of breast cancer. The Pokemon may be a target gene of breast cancer therapy.
