摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶9在慢性鼻窦炎组织中的表达情况。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应方法和免疫组化方法检测65例慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻窦黏膜组织中基质金属蛋白酶9的mRNA和蛋白表达情况。结果基质金属蛋白酶9在慢性鼻窦炎组织表达较正常鼻下甲黏膜组织增高。无论在mRNA水平还是蛋白水平的相对表达量均随着慢性鼻窦炎的病程发展显著增加,呈正相关。结论基质金属蛋白酶9的表达增高,可能是促进慢性鼻窦炎发展和复发的一个重要因素。 Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metallprotease-9 gene in chronic rhinosinusitis tissues. Methods Reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry methods were used to examine the expression of MMP-9 gene in 65 chronic rhinosinusitis tissues. Results The expressions of MMP-9 protein and mRNA in chronic rhinosinusitis tissues were increased compared with that in inferior turbinate mucosa tissues. The expression of MMP-9 was found to be positively related with the progress of chronic rhinosinusitis. Conclusion The increased expression of MMP-9 may be an important factor in promoting the progress and recrudescence of chronic rhinosinusitis.
