摘要 采用甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)作萃取剂,以氧氯化锆(铪)为原料,研究了MIBK-HSCN体系中H+和(NH4)2SO4的浓度对锆铪萃取分离的影响。结果表明:锆铪分离最佳水相酸度是1~1.5mol·L-1,此时铪的分配系数大于1,分离系数为3~4,溶液无沉淀出现;料液中添加(NH4)2SO4可显著提高铪的分配系数及分离系数,添加(NH4)2SO4的最佳浓度是0.8~1mol·L-1,此时铪的分配系数为2.5,分离系数为10~14,溶液无沉淀出现。 The effects of the concentration of H^+ and (NH4)2SO4 in MIBK-HSCN systems on the extraction of the zirconium and hafnium were investigated using MIBK as an extraction agent and zirconium (hafnium) oxychloride were raw materials. The optimum acidity of equeous phase for the separation of zirconium and hafnium was 1 - 1.5 mol·L^-1, while the distribution coefficient of hafnium was greater than 1 and the separation coefficient was 3 - 4 without precipitations in the solutions. The distribution coefficient of hafnium and the separation coefficient could be signifieantly in- creased by addition of (NH4)2S04. Under the optimum concentration of (NH4)2SO4 of 0.8 - 1 mol·L^-1, the partition coefficient of hafnium was 2.5 and the distribution coefficient was 10 - 14 without precipitations in the solutions.
