摘要
在化学法制作的多孔硅的硅片上制备得到5cm×5cm太阳电池,效率为9.6%。对多孔硅进行了萤光光谱及反射率测量,并对多孔硅在太阳电池上的应用进行了讨论。
Porous silicon was fabricated on polycrystalline silicon wafers through the method of chemical etching or electrochemical oxidation.The efficiency of 9.6% was obtained for 5cm×5cm polycrystalline silicon solar cell with porous silicon that is made by the method of chemical etching.Photoluminescence and reflectance spectra were measured.Discussion was carried out for the application of porous silicon in solar cell.
